Refund & Returns Policy

Overview
We want you to be happy with your purchase from NOOR. This policy explains when and how you can return items or request a refund, in addition to your legal rights under UK consumer law.

Change‑of‑mind returns (online orders)

  • You have a 14‑day cooling‑off period from the day after delivery to change your mind for most physical products bought online.

  • If you cancel within this period, we will refund the product price and standard delivery costs. You will normally need to pay the return postage, unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Condition of returned items

  • Items must be returned unused and in their original condition and packaging (unless faulty).

  • We may reduce your refund if the product has been handled more than necessary (for example, if it is damaged or heavily marked).

Faulty or not‑as‑described items

  • If your item is faulty or not as described, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos.

  • If a fault is confirmed within 30 days of delivery, you can choose a full refund, replacement, or repair where possible.

  • After 30 days and within 6 months, we will first offer a repair or replacement; if that is not possible or fails, you are entitled to a refund.

How to request a return or refund
To start a return:

  • Email support@noor.com with your name, order number, details of the product and reason for return.

  • We will tell you where to send the item and whether return postage is covered.

  • Please obtain proof of postage when returning any item.

Refund timing
Once we receive and check your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non‑returnable items
For hygiene, safety or legal reasons, some items may be non‑returnable unless faulty (for example, opened digital access codes or personalised items). If applicable, this will be clearly stated on the product page.

Your statutory rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other UK consumer legislation.
